Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the bank’s litigation and dispute resolution strategy.
- Oversee complex legal cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Protect the bank’s interests by developing and implementing robust legal defense strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal experts to navigate the complexities of Indonesian banking law.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of legal disputes.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on legal matters.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the bank in legal proceedings and negotiations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in legal practice, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking law and regulations.
- Proven track record of managing complex legal cases and ensuring compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Certification in dispute resolution or a related field is a plus.
