📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs for mining operations using SAP and Microsoft Teams.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.
• Deliver training sessions to enhance the skills and safety of mining personnel.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive modules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure the success of training initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the mining industry.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the mining industry.
