📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.,Maintain and update applicant databases and track recruitment metrics.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Prepare and send offer letters and other relevant documents to successful candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
