📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor and ensuring a positive customer experience.,Stock merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records.,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Assist in training new employees on sales techniques and product knowledge.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Maintain a clean and organized sales area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail sales is a plus.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
