📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of branch activities with the overall company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with local laws and regulations in Bali is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
