Sumber Cahya Kebab is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development professional to join our team in Dili. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our kebab business in East Timor.

As a Business Development professional, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase our market presence, and driving revenue growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the East Timor market.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and build relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Tetum (local language) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the East Timor market and business environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
