📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in planning and organizing team activities and events.,Support the Captain in managing team members and ensuring their well-being.,Help in coordinating with other teams or departments as needed.,Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive team environment.,Support the Captain in decision-making processes.,Help in documenting team activities and achievements.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Support the Captain in any other tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Experience in team building and conflict resolution.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).,Proven track record of success in previous roles.
