📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and scheduling of fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance, including vehicle maintenance schedules and driver performance.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address operational issues and improve fleet efficiency.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies for fleet operations.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of fleet reports and documentation.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in implementing and monitoring fleet management systems and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management systems and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
