📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage a team of 10-15 professionals, providing leadership and support to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular facility audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive facility management plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of facilities operations with overall business objectives.
• Utilize facility management software such as SAP or Oracle to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying innovative solutions to enhance facility performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., RICS, IFMA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
