As a Field Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for visiting farms, markets, and local businesses to promote our high-quality agricultural products. You'll work closely with local farmers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored sales strategies to meet those needs. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about agriculture, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to build strong relationships with local communities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit farms, markets, and local businesses to promote and sell agricultural products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and local communities
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product adoption and increase sales
• Provide product training and support to farmers and distributors
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural sector
• Strong understanding of local agricultural practices and markets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as Salesforce or CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fluency in Indonesian and English
• Enthusiasm for agriculture and a passion for building strong relationships with local communities
