PT Tirta Ekspresi is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to manage our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 11.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fueling.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Oversee the issuance and management of vehicle documents, including licenses, insurance, and registration.,Provide support and guidance to drivers to improve their performance and safety records.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Proven ability to manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
