📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision making.,Manage the accounting department and oversee the work of junior accountants.,Prepare and submit financial statements to regulatory bodies.,Monitor and control cash flow and budgeting processes.,Provide guidance and support to other departments on accounting matters.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.
