Pro Mart Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a proven track record of success in similar roles. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually to employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of all training activities and outcomes.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for office visits.
