📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and retention.,Manage and resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.,Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales and customer service teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
