Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing the DevOps team, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our DevOps practices.
• Collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
• Implementing and maintaining DevOps infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and configuration management.
• Ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of our software solutions.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong background in CI/CD, cloud computing, and infrastructure automation.
• Proven experience in leading and managing DevOps teams.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Professional certification in DevOps (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) is a plus.
