VEGA Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead F&B Service professional to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Food and Beverage (F&B) service, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Manage and train F&B service staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Develop and implement F&B service strategies to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and report on F&B service performance metrics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B service leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of success in managing F&B service operations.
