📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the QA process, including test planning, test execution, and defect tracking.,Lead a team of QA engineers and provide guidance and mentorship.,Develop and implement QA strategies and best practices.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure that products meet quality standards.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.,Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.,Provide training and support to team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in QA engineering.,Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.,Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation testing.,Knowledge of programming languages and scripting is a plus.
