📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the accounting department, including junior accountants and bookkeepers.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Monitor and control the financial performance of the company.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and bookkeepers.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
