📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of employees and support the company's strategic goals.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Manage a team of trainers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Prepare and present training reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant training and development regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and evaluation techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
