📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement legal strategies to support the business objectives of the fintech company
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including but not limited to, OJK, BI, and other relevant authorities
• Manage legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate potential liabilities
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure that all agreements are legally sound and compliant
• Provide training and guidance to the business team on legal and compliance matters
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure that the company's practices are up-to-date
• Lead the company's compliance program and ensure that all policies and procedures are in place and effective
• Represent the company in legal matters and provide expert advice to the board of directors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal management, with a focus on fintech and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, including OJK and BI guidelines
• Proven experience in managing legal and compliance functions in a fintech environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar
