📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs, working with internal trainers and external partners to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Assist in the management of employee relations, addressing concerns and issues, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Support the analysis and reporting of HR metrics and data, providing insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and projects, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, applying this knowledge to support the bank's HR strategy.
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns from employees, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a banking or financial services organization.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures, with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
