🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, planning, or a related field in the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Proven expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and sales planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certification in merchandising or supply chain management is a plus.
