📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety standards.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands and preferences.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Valid food handling certificate and health permits.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
