📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage electroplating and surface finishing processes to ensure high-quality standards and efficiency.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.,Monitor and maintain process parameters to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to uphold quality and safety standards.,Conduct research and development to stay ahead of industry trends and technologies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive innovation.,Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.,Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electroplating and surface finishing processes.,Proven track record in process optimization and improvement.,Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, RoHS, REACH).,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with process control systems and data analysis tools is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
