📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve sales goals.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
