📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual, to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees throughout the training process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee development progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.,Proven ability to analyze training needs and develop effective training solutions.
