📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk mitigation.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management on treasury-related matters.,Oversee the preparation and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on key treasury metrics and performance indicators.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient treasury operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in treasury management.,Lead and mentor junior treasury analysts and other team members.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity risk management, and foreign exchange risk management.,Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with ERP systems and treasury management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and market conditions is highly desirable.
