📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are considered.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and tracking progress.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Providing feedback to candidates and assisting them with the next steps in the hiring process.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices is a plus.
