📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee performance data using SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS tools.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze KPI data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with managers to set and track performance goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities for employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and KPI management.
- Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Excel, and other HRIS tools.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
