As a KYB Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for verifying merchant identities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process. You'll work closely with our team to maintain high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive salary of PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Verify merchant identities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new merchants
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments
- Collaborate with the compliance team to maintain high standards of regulatory adherence
- Provide exceptional customer service to merchants and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of compliance strategies
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is accurate and complete
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with financial services and merchant onboarding processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
